The AGM meeting ofChina NationalTechnical Committee of  Standardization for Footwear took place in Longyan city of Fujian province on January 22, 2010, children’s shoe companies as observers were invited to attend the meeting.

 The meeting agenda including a report made by general secretary of National Standardization Technical Committee, collecting proposal on standard amendment of travel shoes, recommending expert panel working for international standard, and other issues concerned over the industrial standard amendments and settings.

 In recent years child shoe in China showed a high speed growth, at the same time they also attaches an importance to shoemaking standard. The general secretary of National Standardization Technical Committee said on the report that it is of great significant to lead enterprises involved in the standard setting that is conducive to the industry development.
